    Lucy’s Bridal Boutique is owned and operated by Ngoc Nguyen (first name pronounced like “knock knock!”), who has lived in Minnesota for over thirty years and managed a family business in the Highland Park area of Saint Paul for over 20 years.

Our Dresses

After many years of fitting and altering wedding dresses in her family-owned tailor shop, and after years of associating with the bridal dress business owned by a cousin in Canada, Ngoc decided it was finally time to fulfill her dream of opening a high-end bridal dress shop in Highland Park.

Lucy’s Bridal Boutique offers a wide selection of dresses, focusing on delivering quality and value, with dresses available in a variety of price ranges to meet every budget. Ngoc is just as likely to recommend an affordable dress to a client if she feels it is a better fit than a more expensive one. Without a mediocre dress in the shop, you’ll be sure to find one that meets your needs. Years of altering wedding dresses have taught Ngoc one of the most valuable lessons for selecting the dress right for you: YOU must like it and feel comfortable with its fit.
